Dolly-Parton

Dolly Parton escaped the struggles of her life early on through her imaginative and creative imagination. The songs she wrote were composed before she could read and write. When she got her first guitar at the age 8, she started performing at radio stations in Knoxville, Tennessee. In the same year, she recorded her debut recording for Gold Band Records a tiny independent label. While in high school, she established herself in the community, but her goals were bigger. The year 1964 was the day after her high school graduation the singer moved to Nashville. Dumb Blonde was her first record to chart at the top of Monument Records. Porter Wagoner had been looking for female performers to join his syndicated show from the beginning. Parton got her first gig in the year 1967 she signed with RCA Records by 1968, and was a part of the Grand Ole Opry. The show was cancelled by Wagoner, however, in 1974 due to her albums on her own like Joshua Coat Of Many Colors and Jolene outsold their collaborations. The two split in 1974, Parton wrote the song I Will Always Love You for Wagoner and it reached Number. The first time it reached number 1 was in 1974.
