Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson was born July 24 1975. She is an American former professional wrestler, model and trainer. Wilson is most well-known for her work with World Wrestling Entertainment, formerly called the World Wrestling Federation. She was also an official Miss Galaxy competitor in 1999. [1][8] She was soon signed by World Championship Wrestling, where she was in the company from 1999 until 2000. In 2001, she began being in World Wrestling Federation (WWF) television, as part of The Invasion (by WCW, of the then- WWF) storyline. The most well-known stories took place in 2002 when she was feuding with Dawn Marie,[5][9] as well as 2003 when she fought with Sable. Wilson has been part of the all female stable, which is a group of characters associated with stories. She was first exposed to wrestling when she was a spectator at a World Championship Wrestling(WCW) show in 1999. [7][8][9] She was then invited backstage to enter the ring with Scott Steiner. Seven minutes later, Kevin Nash expressed an desire to do the storyline along with her. The first time she appeared was on the February 8, 1999, episode of Nitro (later named "Samantha"). In the episode, it was disclosed that Wilson had been recruited by New World Order (nWo) to entice David Flair into supporting his father Ric Flair. They were seen together on February 21 at SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric before David attacked the taser. [15] Following the time that Ric took home the WCW World Heavyweight Championship from Hollywood Hogan at Uncensored inside a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match, David and Wilson took the time off from WCW television in April before returning in May to join David to the ring for matches. Wilson was Flair's valet in 1999's Bash at the Beach. He won the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship from Dean Malenko.
